Make it happen

There are risks that we all take in our lives, as we leap from something we are comfortable with to try and grab a hold of that unknown screw up or endless possibility.

Coming from someone who is a big risk taker... I think our risks need to become larger.
It's good to play by the rules at some things, don't get me wrong, but you know those other things that have an open end and could be expanded, you're just too scared to do it. WELL, DO IT!

We all need push so, here's your push....

My push was friendship. That striving just to hug someone, the power it possesses. I guess you can call me crazy, because I went to conquer the world as if that hug was my security blanket of about 100,000,000 . So, I took a chance that could've had the worst possible outcomes of any situation I've ever encountered, but I held on and let what was meant to be, happen.

I woke up this morning and could do nothing but smile. I stretched my hands toward the Lord above with open palms, then closed them as if i was clenching him and brought him right down into my heart with a scream of thanks and, "holy shit, I did it"

It was a good morning, thanks to the biggest chance I ever took on the world.

Take bigger chances, and receive some personal satisfaction. You deserve it,and instead of waiting for it to happen, make it happen. It's worth it, I promise.

eyes wide open

Several times today destiny and fate approached my presence.
They appeared through conversation and situation, oh and the way I see the world through my lens.

There is a sucker born every second that believes what people tell them, and decide nothing for themselves. However, there are independent people who are also born at numbers during just another second of the day. Those people have their own opinions about the way they live and their beliefs on why we are here. Then, there are people like me, who take their own experience and justify their own beliefs, but aren't stubborn like the rest of the world and realize improvement comes from other people, and how they shape you and help you realize change is the way. The picture always changes, but the way you see it is with eyes wide open. Fate is the way the world works and how you end up as a person, on the other hand, destiny is what you make of the world and your persistence to be the best person you can be.

Two in love can make it; Bob and Maureen Kershaw

My Valentine's day
this year was probably the best one I've ever experienced. On top of it already being my favorite holiday and despite the lousy people who always try to crush it for those who are in love, it just topped my holiday off this year to be attending a wedding of two of my favorite people.
Bob and Maureen Kershaw: Two people who are so caught up in one another's love, who are absolutely positively meant for each other and make any love story for my future actually visually possible.... got married.

It wasn't the traditional wedding, by any means. A hysterical bride in red snapping down the isle to the man that helped her come back to life. It was so beautiful and heartfelt, a beautiful way to spend my day.

However,
on a personal note. I was the photographer. The one who got to get up in their face as they kiss so passionately. The one who got to catch all the moments that their gonna remember as they grow old together as Mr and Mrs. It was just one of those things that felt so right.
As Maureen is like a second mother to me, it caught me a couple times behind the lens with tear filled eyes, seeing her so happy. I got to FINALLY meet her family, and man, let me tell you are they a blast. I connected with them as if they were my own. It was fabulous.

So, here are the moments caught....
