there are two kinds of forgiveness
and there is one way to breathe.

both, help you move forward.

to forgive, in one way
is to forgive a person who has done you wrong.
to be a person with compassion that understands that there is no time to be wasted.
to forgive them, is loving.
discreetly or directly, you're being the one to release unneeded anger in our atmosphere we breathe.
to help them live better, and for you to keep on living.

the other way,
is all and all forgiveness for the soul.
it cannot always be seen or said.
it is within yourself.
to forgive yourself is to love yourself.
to realize with full confidence that you can always move forward, past any obstacle.
to understand you are worth it.
to live love is only within your control.


breathing forgiveness.
would be love...
moving forward to live strong.
